I was trying to explain to my grandson yesterday why Grandpa has seen every inch of this island and needs to live in an Rv and travel the U.S. Moving from small town to backwoods and where ever I felt like. Anything but driving in a circle like living on an island. My two son's left in the post high school days & one lives in the wine country of California and the other is married to an Australian girl and lives down under. My grandson could not understand why I would want to do such a thing & I explained that he's only 7 and so Maui and Hawaii have a lot for him and his younger sister. They are also part Hawaiian and have a cultural tie too. So I very much admire and cheer you and your family on to be able to be on the road and in a new location when ever you feel the need.
